מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד MK STORE, המופעלת על ידי MKD Developer, אוספת, משתמשת, מאחסנת ומגינה על מידע בעת שימוש באפליקציה ובשירותים המקוונים שלה.
איזה מידע אנו אוספים
- פרטי חשבון וזיהוי כגון שם, כתובת אימייל ומזהה משתמש.
- מספר טלפון וכתובת למשלוח כאשר המשתמש בוחר למסור אותם.
- היסטוריית הזמנות ורכישות שבוצעו דרך MK STORE.
- תמונות שהמשתמש בוחר להעלות לצורך מוצר או הזמנה.

- מזהי מכשיר/התקנה וטוקנים הנדרשים להפעלת התראות Push.
כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע
- יצירת חשבון, התחברות וניהול פרופיל.
- הפעלת סל קניות, הזמנות, משלוחים, מועדפים ושירות לקוחות.
- שמירת היסטוריית הזמנות ומתן מידע לגבי סטטוס הזמנה.
- שליחת הודעות שירות והתראות הקשורות לחשבון ולהזמנות.
- אבטחה, מניעת שימוש לרעה ועמידה בדרישות חוקיות.
שירותים וספקים חיצוניים
MK STORE משתמשת בשירותי Firebase/Google לצורך אימות משתמשים, מסד נתונים, אחסון קבצים והתראות. התחברות יכולה להתבצע גם באמצעות שירותי התחברות נתמכים כגון Google ו-Apple.
תשלומים עשויים להיות מעובדים על ידי ספקי תשלום חיצוניים, לרבות HYP ושירותי ארנק/תשלום נתמכים. MK STORE אינה שומרת את מספר כרטיס האשראי המלא של המשתמש.
ספקי שירות עשויים לעבד מידע רק ככל שנדרש לצורך אספקת השירות הרלוונטי, בהתאם לתנאים ולמדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.
אבטחת מידע
התקשורת עם השירותים המקוונים מתבצעת באמצעות חיבורים מוצפנים. אנו מפעילים אמצעי גישה והרשאות כדי לצמצם גישה לא מורשית למידע.
שמירת מידע
מידע נשמר כל עוד הוא נדרש לצורך מתן השירות, ניהול החשבון והזמנות, או לצורך עמידה בחובות חוקיות וחשבונאיות. כאשר אין עוד צורך במידע, הוא יימחק או יישמר רק ככל שהדין מחייב.
מחיקת חשבון ומידע

This Privacy Policy explains how MK STORE, operated by MKD Developer, collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the app and its online services.
Information we collect
- Account and identification information such as name, email address and user ID.
- Phone number and shipping address when provided by the user.
- Order and purchase history made through MK STORE.
- Photos a user chooses to upload for a product or order.
- User-provided content such as order notes or support messages.
- Device/installation identifiers and notification tokens required for push notifications.
How we use information
- Account creation, authentication and profile management.
- Shopping cart, orders, delivery, favorites and customer support.
- Order history and order-status updates.
- Service notifications related to accounts and orders.
- Security, abuse prevention and legal compliance.
Service providers
MK STORE uses Firebase/Google services for authentication, database, file storage and push notifications. Supported sign-in providers may include Google and Apple.
Payments may be processed by external payment providers, including HYP and supported wallet/payment services. MK STORE does not store users' full payment-card numbers.
Service providers may process information only as needed to provide the relevant service, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Data security
Communications with online services use encrypted connections. Access controls and permissions are used to reduce unauthorized access to user information.
Data retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, manage accounts and orders, or comply with legal and accounting obligations. Data is deleted when no longer needed, except where retention is legally required.
