מחיקת חשבון ונתונים
עמוד זה מיועד למשתמשי אפליקציית MK STORE שרוצים למחוק את החשבון ואת הנתונים המשויכים אליו.
אפשרות 1 — מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה
- היכנסו לחשבון באפליקציית MK STORE.
- פתחו את פרופיל.
- בחרו מחיקת חשבון.
- אשרו את המחיקה בהתאם להוראות שמופיעות באפליקציה.
אפשרות 2 — בקשת מחיקה דרך התמיכה
אם אין לכם גישה לאפליקציה או לחשבון, ניתן לשלוח בקשת מחיקה לכתובת התמיכה. יש לשלוח את הבקשה מהאימייל המשויך לחשבון, ולציין את כתובת האימייל או מספר הטלפון המשויך לחשבון.
אין לשלוח סיסמה או פרטי תשלום.
שליחת בקשת מחיקהאילו נתונים יימחקו?
- חשבון המשתמש ופרופיל המשתמש.
- פרטי קשר וכתובות שמורים, ככל שאינם נדרשים לשמירה חוקית.
- מועדפים, סל, העדפות ונתוני שימוש אישיים המשויכים לחשבון.
- נתוני התראות ומזהי מכשיר המשויכים לחשבון, ככל שרלוונטי.
מידע שעשוי להישמר:
רשומות הזמנה, קבלה, תשלום או מידע אחר הנדרש לפי דין לצורכי חשבונאות, מס, מניעת הונאה או טיפול במחלוקות עשויים להישמר למשך התקופה הנדרשת לפי חוק. לאחר שאין עוד חובה לשמור אותם, הם יימחקו או יעברו אנונימיזציה בהתאם לצורך.
בקשת מחיקה עשויה לדרוש אימות בעלות על החשבון לפני ביצועה.
Account and Data Deletion
This page is for MK STORE users who want to delete their account and associated data.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to your MK STORE account.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion by following the instructions shown in the app.
Request deletion through support
If you cannot access the app or your account, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account and include the account email address or phone number.
Do not send your password or payment details.

- Your account and user profile.
- Saved contact information and addresses, unless retention is legally required.
- Favorites, cart, preferences, and personal app data associated with the account.
- Notification and device identifiers associated with the account, where applicable.
Data that may be retained:
Order, receipt, payment, or other records that must be retained for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes may be kept for the legally required period. When retention is no longer required, the data will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
We may need to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.
